This class has been designed for new mothers who want to get back in shape gently with a specific program to suit their needs and abilities. This postnatal course will help you to move with your child. Each course includes numerous cardiovascular exercises to improve your endurance, strength training (using the baby as your weight), stretching and other inspired Yoga and Pilates exercises.

All exercises are performed with respect to the body and at the pace of new moms to achieve your personal goals without risk. Particular attention will be paid to the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. This class offers an ideal moment to get back into shape while strengthening the bond between you and your baby, he is actively involved in the activity and will enjoy it as much as you. This class can also be seen as an opportunity to start your child development.

Finally, this is a real occasion for new mothers to relax and socialize with other moms.
